We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all solution; instead, we use different treatments tailored to each type of fiber. For instance, wool is a natural fiber that should be cleaned at a pH of 5 to 8, while nylon should be cleaned at a maximum pH of 7 to 10 and with minimal heat, as excessive heat can damage nylon. It is crucial to use the correct heat and chemistry to prevent any harm. This is why it's important to choose an IICRC-certified senior technician—one of the best in the country—for your peace of mind.   

Residential Carpet Cleaning

Residential carpet cleaning is available at just $4.50 per square meter, which includes our comprehensive 7-step cleaning process. All carpeted areas are carefully measured, ensuring that your carpets are guaranteed to be left thoroughly clean.  

Commercial Carpet Cleaning

Commercial carpet cleaning is available for just $3.50 per square meter. Our process includes thorough vacuuming, spot treatment for stains and odors, and deep sanitization. Your carpets will not only look impeccably clean but will also dry quickly. 

Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning

At PG Clean & Restoration, we believe in providing exceptional value for our services. Our encapsulation low moisture carpet cleaning is offered at a competitive rate of $3.50 per square meter. Stain Removal

General stain removal is priced at $45 per stain treatment. We guarantee either complete removal or significant improvement, or you pay no charge. Some stains, such as paint, blood, or urine, may require a second treatment, but we will take every precaution to ensure no damage occurs. Additionally, reports for insurance purposes are available for $35. 

Pet Stain and Odor Removal

Pet stain and odor removal is a specialized area that requires extra care and patience. When urine is initially released, it is in an acidic state, but within 48 hours, it shifts to an alkaline state due to the salts present. It’s important for clients to understand this, as it helps determine the appropriate treatment. We categorize urine into two types: Urine A and Urine B. We take pride in our expertise, as we are leaders in this field. The cost for treatment varies, which is why we offer a free assessment. Using specialized UV lights and salt detectors, we accurately quote the service and mark areas for effective pricing. Trust us to restore your space with precision and care! 

Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery cleaning is available at $65 per seating position. All fabric will be thoroughly vacuumed and meticulously cleaned. Since some upholstery cannot be wet cleaned, we will conduct a test prior to cleaning to ensure that no damage occurs, providing extra care throughout the process. 

Carpet & Upholstery Protector

Our carpet and upholstery protector service provides exceptional protection for your fabrics and fibers. We charge $2 per square meter for carpets and $25 per seating position for upholstery. Our protector is among the best in the world, effectively safeguarding your investment. By purchasing it in bulk, we can pass the savings on to you. We highly recommend including protection with all jobs to ensure optimal results. 

Mattress Cleaning

Tile & Grout Cleaning
